This policy applies to all Kriya products, including kits and spare parts, whether opened or unopened.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Please check your order before purchasing.

Manufacturing defects and shipping damage

We provide free replacements for products with manufacturing defects and products damaged during shipping. Electronics damaged by improper wiring are not covered by this free replacement offer.

How to request a replacement

Email contact@kriyaedu.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item. For shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the original packaging. For manufacturing defects, contact us when you discover the issue so we can help diagnose it and arrange an eligible replacement. Please contact us for instructions before sending an item back.
