Shipping policy

Shipping within India

We ship all products, including kits and spare parts, to addresses within India only. Standard delivery is our only shipping option; express and international delivery are not available.

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹2,500 after discounts: free standard shipping.
• Orders of ₹2,500 or less after discounts: ₹250 standard shipping per order.

Eligibility is based on the order value after discounts, excluding the shipping charge. An order of exactly ₹2,500 does not qualify for free shipping. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Dispatch time is additional to the delivery estimate. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Damaged deliveries and support

Please report shipping damage to contact@kriyaedu.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging. See our Returns and replacements policy for coverage and instructions.
